I am new member of this forum. I'm trying to open the 'View Recorded Session' for the events but none of them works. The event titles sound very interesting and I think it could be very helpful for me. Please advice how to access the link. Thanks.

Hello,
I noticed that many of the "Web Developer" positions want a combination of PHP and maybe .NET or JAVA experience. Is it possible that if you only know say PHP that you can still get the JOB and learn other web technologies, or is there really someone that well rounded?

I'm trying to get back into the technical marketplace after being out of it for 9 years. Prior to leaving I had 14 years as an application programmer/analyst. To update my skills I've taken a C# course as well as a Photoshop CS4 course. When I for jobs with the newer technologies the employer wants at least 1-2 years experience. How do I get the experience if I can't get a job?!
